Throughout Charlotte's career, she has supported organizations by managing client service systems, coordinating compliance and operations, and improving internal workflows. She enjoys serving as a connector between teams, clients, and systems—bringing organization, efficiency, and a strong service mindset to her role.
Her approach is rooted in communication, attentiveness, and proactive problem-solving, with a focus on creating a seamless and positive client experience. She is a graduate of Sam Houston State University, where she earned a degree in Marketing with a minor in Psychology.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, being a proud “super auntie,” and giving back through community volunteering. She also enjoys traveling and sightseeing with her husband, gardening, and spending time outdoors. In her free time, she loves relaxing at the beach, which helps her stay balanced and inspired.
